CPA surveys for Romania

I have a friend who is getting over 4k unique visitors per day from Romania. There is some potential to make money , but so far I haven't been able to find any cpa network offering Romanian visitors surveys. Does anyone know any CPA network that allows Romanian visitors to complete surveys on there network?

cpa le*d had 1 or 2 i think, in rest i doubt you will find any but you can try offervault, and if you do find will be paying very low, try to monetize that domain by contacting local businesses, take care

i don't think you will find one....i also tried to find networks that offers surveys for Romania since i am also from Romania but i didn't managed to find anything....

most networks have international offers, which in some cases include Romania other cases exclude Romania
try offervault as somebody already mentioned it above, you can see: Neverblue, Azoogleads, EWA, Affiliate Cash Pile has offers for Romania and a few others as well
