CPA Suppression Lists / Autoresponders

So I have my own mail platform for sending CPA offers.

Looking to move to autoresponders for some stuff.

Do most autoresponders have a way to use suppression lists for both autoresponder sequences and broadcasts?

Could anyone recommend what autoresponders allow CPA. Looking to build up a list. I have seen some that have a bunch of restrictions...affiliate marketing for one.

the most restrictions you will face will be because of CAN-SPAM and not the AR itself

mah man! AWEBER the best one out there, and i believe cpa networks like this service, well from what i know people never had issues with aweber and cpa networks
