How to configure cpaclickz ???
I have it installed on the server, but do not know how to do to offer a pop-up to change

Anyone can help me with cpaclickz and iframing ? I just want to make sure i do enter the right address in the iframing code.
Also id like to know what does Catch All URL in cpaclickz stand for ? Does it mean that :

My main domain witch is redirecting domain : MAINDOMAIN.com
I want to redirect people to different offers, So i put my aff link into destination URL, And i put google.com into Catch All URL, does it mean that people who come to my main site MAINDOMAIN.com/Campaigns.html go to 1.Google.com and then 2. my aff link ?

Why so many redirections ? What for Catch All URL ? To hide traffic source ?

What about ban from Justin tv, US stream etc ?
They dont ban channel, they ban account immediately!

Such a noob way for getting blacklisted from promoting offers from network. I guess you are new in cpa industry.
Well trust me there are better way to make people fill these inputs. I can make 100,000 leads for this one daily. But hey, guess what,
Have you think of why advertiser pays you 5$ for just 3 inputs email name and password ?
They are paying you because they want to make sales from your traffic. And no one will purchase that shitty cloud software if you promote it like this.
I have experience with these cloud advertisers. They will kick you out very quickly if they don't see any sales from your traffic.
