CPA Spammers - Multiple PVA or Delete Account?

I have a question mainly addressed to people who work on a typical spam (a lot of automated accounts, e.g. spam adult offers).

Recently I test a lot with proxies, I'm looking for the best solution and as you probably notice, there is a big problem with PVA on weak proxies - often it just is not worth it to do, it is better to delete these accounts and place new ones in their place.

I would like to ask especially people who are doing well with IG what do you do with accounts that pop up PVA? For example, you are doing 1 PVA, but at the second you already say that it is not worth and better to delete this account, maybe you do them all the time, or maybe not at all?

I would be very grateful for the opinions of experienced players.

accounts can work with 10 pva and 10 evas, its just luck , no need to delete after 1
