Because it's popular in this country from what I recall. I learned about it locally. There's even a Polish network on this forum called Mylead.
It might be Mylead promoting this strategy in their ebooks and Polish people naturally do Polish domains as it's familiar for them.
There's a group of CPA mentors in this country that probably popularizes doorway pages and such here.

How are they doing that? I don't care but I read full method on affiliate network website. It's just not very popular on blackhatworld for some reason. Imonetizeit has it described on their blog if I remember correctly.

It looks like those websites had some sort of vulnerability and they indexed pages in them to make use of their authority

Local domains rank better in those countries. Using .pl domains gives them targeted traffic (mostly young men seeking adult content from Poland). So, it becomes easy for marketers to sell them targeted offers like dating apps with higher conversion rate.

It's just the reply to the post where he got called out an AI, it was a really strange reply and seemed nonsense

Such domains to get on page 1 under random keywords cost $20 - $50.
It's cheaper than an indexer and will get you more.
