CPA sample

I have a friend that is pretty good editing videos and we want to try social media CPA.

So, I searched for videos on YouTube promoting CPA offers, but only found tutorials from marketing guys.

So, my questions are:

1) Can you provide a sample of how it looks like?

2) What CPA network do you recommend for YouTube or social media?
