Cpa Redirector issue with Domain

So i bought a domain and forworded it to my site url that i setup with a CPA Redirector. Everything was fine for like 2 hours. Then all of a sudden it stopped working, i hadn't even started a campaign yet. So it not like i was banned for spamming or something. i contacted the domain registration company and they said the issue occurred because i was redirecting to a site that redirected to another. Does this make any sense? What can i do?
