CPA Redirector 5 not working

Hello,

I'm a newbie to CPA and just installed CPA Redirector 5 on my wordpress blog. I have followed the instructions in the manual provided, but I'm getting an error when I send traffic to the page using the magic number configured. The error is:

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at .........../wp/wp-content/themes/OptimizePress1.45/launch_001d.php:3) in ..../wp/wp-content/plugins/cparedirector5.php on line 102

I access the page using: <domain> / ?mn=111

I also installed and activated Category Meta pluggin. As you can see, I am using the OptimizePress theme.

Could anyone please provide me with some guidance? I've spent hours trying to solve this without any joy

I'll add that the the redirector is picking up the magic number and appears to be failing when doing the redirect. If I don't add the mn to the url, the page loads fine, obviously without the redirect.

I take it no one here can help with this issue?
