CPA redirect question?

I just got accepted to my first network and i'm going to start promoting.

But two questions i'm stuck on right now.

How do i blank the referrer? I've read that other blackhatters will double blank or blank the refferer to hide the traffic source from the network and this will be important in the future.

And the second is how do you redirect your leads? Is it done through the web host?
