Let's say I have a website about iPhones, and I post on facebook a page of "Free iPhones" with rules and stuff to make it legit from my website and boost that post.

After they approve it can I make a 301 redirect to a CPA offer of free iPhones?

I'm assuming people have tried this and maybe they can tell me their inputs on this.

As long as it's working and I get conversions I think it's worth buying fb accounts to do this.

Your account will be banned in about 30 days (if you are using a good cloaker), milk as much as you can, rinse and repeat.

This days none of FB or the Advertisers are will be happy within "free XXX" or "get free XXX", which means you need a very good cloaker.
And yea accounts will burn, so do it smart. I'm familiar with "Win an iPhone" offers, if you able to manage run it on FB, it might become very profitable.
