Let's say I have a page where people enter name, address, phone number, and email. In the terms and agreement I will say that a charge of xxx will be once you confirm the number and blah blah. However, the T&A will be a small rectangular box with a scroll button with LOTS of paragraphs. Is that misleading and grounds for my account to get banned (even in trouble with the law) or is it legit because they skimmed through it and agreed to it?

I don't think there would be a problem. Also, what are you trying to do? Are you promoting someone else's offer or your own?

Using someone else's offer.

Check out the TOS with the network or product.
Can't b that bad....check out some of the commercials on tv where they put it at the very bottom in like 1.5pt font! lol!

I dont think there a problem, as long as your T&A agreement sign-off is in that scroll box at the botttom of the T&A copy. That's what CJ does with some of their offers T&A. At the bottom there's a " I agree" type of text, and a check box.

FYI... Ruck is doing a month-long series on CPA Marketing called "The CPA Marketing Series Primer":

it depends on how many leads you are doing the more leads the more likely you are to get messed with by your CPA network
