CPA Question

To the people using CPA do you guys fill out a W-9 form or a W-4 form? I have been looking around and i cant find not 1 CPA with a W-4 form. I don't like the W-9 form because i don't like having to wait to have something taken from me. To the people who have been using CPA for a long time whats your experience with it? How much did they take from you in the end? Thanks.

BTW: I have been doing research on CPA all day long to get a better understanding of it so sorry if im posting a lot of questions.

When you filled yours out did you have to pay at the end of the year? and was it a lot?

I contacted the guy and he said he would make me use a W-4 if i scan it and send it to him.
