Cpa question

Hey i got a accept to mb a while ago which is my first cpa company and today i will start to use them in several campaigns i emailed and called my AM she hasnt responded to the 2 question i had so ill ask them here maybe i can get a responds

1. Offers that say Incentive does that mean i can offer this and if the user completes the survey they will be able to download a picture or some type of media. An example is lets say i have a website that has a content locker on it and the user wants to download this image behind the locker does that mean i can only offer incentive base offers for things like this or is this talking about something different all together.

2. There are gaming offers that say "Cannot use trademarked names in splash page domains." lets say the name of the game is Diablo 3 does that mean i can not have a website thats xxx.Diablo3quiz.xxx? because the name appears in the url. The 2nd part to this question is this lets say i have a domain name of a video game such as xxx.Battlefield3everything.xxx could i ran a campaign with the diablo3 offer because its a different game.?

Your understanding of incentive traffic is correct. As for trademarked names in splash page domains, it means exactly that. You may not use Diablo3anything or Battlefield3anything to promote gaming offers because you're attempting to grab additional attention based on a domain that is named after a trademarked product.

If you want to use incentives, you will need a content locker to get away with it.

I bought clp last week and was trying to start campaigning with today i wonder if i can get away with using some incentive offers.
