Ok so heres the thing, can you put in ANCHOR text for the offer whatever you want ? For example your offer is about Modern Warfare 3 serial key, and your anchor text for it is: Click here to download Assasins creed serial key.

Is this legal ? I think so i just wanted to make sure

It doesn't count until you actually have the money in your account.

If you keep this going chances are

1] They'll just take you off the offer so you can't use it anymore
2] They'll revoke your earnings.

Best to do things right the first time instead of trying to cheese the system.

BUt is it ok if they DONT get the serial or whatever.

i will be using incentive offer from now on

For incentive you have to provide them what you say you will. That's the whole thing about incentive.

You give them incentive to do the offer, they gain what you offered, everybody wins.

What you're doing is called Scamming. You misleading them and not giving them what you originally offered.

Im not scamming the network or the offer advertisers. Btw if i could give them what i say they will get that would be illegal ;)

You are with what your example was at the top :).

Then best to not venture in that area. Anything illegal is just another reason for them to ban you without any payment!

Never had problems with Google adsense, hope no problems with CPA !
