    Hola mah bhw fellaz...

As far as I know *******, Adscendmedia etc forbid or better say its against their TOS if you promise something to the user if he fills the survey he can download something... in other words if you lock the page...

So let's say. I have few youtube accounts where i upload some trending videos and tell users if they want to download it or get the more info about it to check my page.... They click it but the content is locked and they cant see it.

Anyway if they fill the survey but they dont get for what they came for (i dont want to put warez for them to download kuz its illegal :D :D xD)

    BUT!

If i put bit.ly link in description of youtube videos, can CPA company know what i promised to users ? I can put embedded video from youtube again and cpa company cannot know what i promised to the user + i dont give them anything illegal to download...

Is there way CPA company can find out the source of my bit.ly link, I mean will they ckeck it ? Because if they get to the source they will see i promised user something there but im not rly offering it...

I've seen some of you people are doing it with popular movies and shows on youtube. Tnx!

As far as i know bit.ly changes the refferer but they can still see the traffic source, you need to make it hidereffer.us:yourlink and you should be fine .
I dont think they will bother to look at you traffic source if you make few bucks, but when getting higher you need to keep you conversion rate low and it should be ok.
Another tip, they dont care how you promote your site ,you just need to make sure you give them whats on your page, but the users can't see whats there so you can put some info there and thats all.

The CPA networks that I belong to are pretty firm about enforcing their TOS, yet I have heard of marketers that bring in so much traffic with conversion, that the CPA network tends to "look away" knowing quite well they are violating the TOS and using black hat techniqes.

You might want to test the traffic before sending them to your CPA offer, and if it is high enough, test your CPA network to see if they will look away. Obviously you would not want to do this if you have a well established account with favorable treatment from your CPA network. If this is the case, open a new account (maybe choose another network) and see what happens.

Yes hide referers with websites like referer.us but be careful. Its never worth to play with what your CPA company claims its not allowed.

The reputable CPA Networks will check out any links or videos that you promise your users. I personally check the links and videos that my publishers submit and 9 times out of 10 everything works fine. Just make sure you're giving them something that you can produce and you'll be fine :)

    Best of luck to you!
