so is it better that uses cpa offer in my country or can i use other country offer?
what if i dont find offer for my country?

Dont listen to that crap. The offer will convert. Check your stats and see where most your traffic is coming from. If most your traffic is from the USA then do USA offers etc. Just because an offer is not for your country does not mean it wont convert. Dumb Ass. I convert offers for every country available and I am in the USA. Jesus Christ. If you don't know the correct answer then keep your mouth shut. depends on what its approved for. best bet is just to have something that rotates and geo targets. If you have a tag or something you should be fine for whatever country. Same if its a content locker or something like that.

Use CPA offer for the country that you got your traffic coming from. It doesn't really matter where you live. Just source of traffic. To find out use trackers.
