CPA/PPD with easy surveys?

I'm in need of a CPA/PPD site that has easy surveys that pay out pretty well.

I'm using CPALead at the minute, but even when you select easy-lead in the offers, they're still impossible to do. I tried one myself and I've been filling out forms for 15 minutes and still not got anywhere.

is there any particular reason you're using surveys instead of email submits? because if there isn't any, you should try those instead

if it's only because you're content locking and that's the offers your network has, just do what the above poster recommended or if you're low on funds, there are highly customizable content locking codes posted by execs (pyronaut & crazyflx) on the forum if you look around, they will even work on blogger, if you're that low on funds

I've not read into email submits. Can you point me in the right direction?

How much do they usually pay?

you cannot really miss the right direction, because most networks - if not all - have email submits, they usually pay $1-2, but these offers are a lot easier than a multiple pages long survey
you can use the already recommended offervault to find the best offers for you
