CPA phone farm?

Hi, I had this idea of using phones to complete CPA offers. The idea is as follows:

1. Buy cheap smartphone
2. Buy a new simcard
3. Use the setup to complete CPA offers from multiple networks
4. Profit

I can buy a phone + sim for around $20 and for my region I could complete offers that would generate let's say $50. Do you think networks would catch on to this even though every setup would have a unique IP and device ID? I'm thinking of running an experiment on this but idk if it's to blackhat

I think that i can work one time. Even with hard reset the device keep with some Id's..
 
Yes, the goal is to use each phone only once, afterwords just resell them or giveaway.
 
Networks have some ways for such acting. For example, views, clicks, conversion ratio will not be natural
 
Smartphone in $20? Where?
This can be huge business to buy smartphone in 20 bucks and sell it for different countries.

About the CPA - forget about this mate.
Don’t even try cheat the system it’s just don’t worth it. You have so much ways earn like normal.

And about the $20 smartphones it’s really interesting me which phone you can buy with this budget lol?

Won’t work. Because it’s fraud, also it won’t be profitable for the advertiser, so they will either pull you from the offer or ban you.
 
For 20$ you can get a used old smartphone, with a cracked screen or other issues. It would work only for basic tasks like completing CPA offers or creating instagram accounts. Anyways, thanks for the replies. I think i still might give it a shot with some twists to make it look 'natural' but won't post any results unless i can get it to work consistently.
 
If you can achieve $50 worth of revenue, why not offer to pay people $20 or $25 to do it?
You're not spending the time + it's scalable + you don't need to buy any phone. The people getting the money are happy, you're happy, everybody wins (if this $50 is really doable!)
 
It's probably possible but you need to do it on GPT websites with almost instant withdrawals and not on CPA networks because you will get quickly catched and banned

And it's pretty much fraud so I would recommend you to spend your time finding a way to get traffic instead and make even more money the "legit" way
 
There are a lots of thing that you can do with those smartphones , but this def is not one i would recommend ...
