I am planning to explore CPA. I want promote email submits offers. I want to use paid ad. What are the best source of traffic to promote such offer PPC, PPV, SOLO AD or any other traffic source?

You can try Bing ads ppc or Facebook ads ppc.

You can try Facebook ads, CPM or CPC both performance well if you using the right creatives.

it depends on what the offers wants. some won't allow social media advertisements. just make sure you don't go against their terms on it.

It all depends of the vertical as for example, for gambling and obviously adult, you will have difficulties getting some ads approved.
Social media or search engines but it all depends of the terms
