I did some searches and couldn't find what I was looking for...

I'm pretty new to CPA, but I've been thinking about a few ideas:

-Hiring people to hand out flyers for simple email submit offers
-Radio spots to email/zip submit offers
-Offline classified ads

Does anyone have any experience, good or bad, with any of the above?

Yeah, there's a number of offline to CPA methods in the Making Money subforum. A few that come to mind have to do with passing out fliers at colleges promoting Grant and Scholarship offers, and then one classified ad method by member Yukinari comes to mind as well (that one may be in jr vip though so you'de be out of luck).

Fiverr.com is a good place to outsource especially if you have a tight budget to start with.

I have a friend that's a college student... She's willing to hand out a couple thousand flyers for me. Any suggestions on the types of offers that would be best. There are a couple of scholarship type of offers, but they require a lot of information. Payout pretty well though at around $30.

Then there are some email submits that payout about $2 or so.

Email submits are easier in my opinion because they dont cost the person any actual money and dont require much personal info.

I have done some offline marketing and the email submits worked well for me. Check out offervault for some specific programs for your audience.
