CPA offers with good long-term potential (not just quick conversions)?

I'm exploring CPA marketing and focusing on building more sustainable campaigns. Many offers are great for quick conversions, but I'm curious about the long-term potential.
Are there specific types of CPA offers or networks that you've found to have good repeat commissions or recurring revenue, or perhaps high LTV (lifetime value) for the advertiser (which might mean better payouts for us)?

It's not about the advertiser, but about the niche.

If you have, let's say, a website with traffic related to the weight loss niche, you'll basically have traffic forever since it's an evergreen niche (there will always be people who want to lose weight).

But nothing can guarantee that a specific offer will stay available forever.

So don't overthink it.

Focus on a niche (preferably evergreen), promote the best offers within that niche, and if a specific offer gets paused or removed, just switch to another one.

Look for subscription offers (SaaS, VPNs, hosting) or high-LTV niches like finance and health. Revshare models are great for recurring income. Try networks like PartnerStack, ClickBank, or CJ.
