Cpa offers: what do advertisers do with data?

I've promoted a new offer for content locking and its going good so far but I was just curious what advertisers do with the data

For example an iPhone X offer. I get paid a dollar per lead but what do they do with the data for it to be worthwhile spending thousands for these names and emails?

Good question. Some of thoes offers ask users to complete other offers like ( insurance offers etc) that pay more than what they give u and some others sell thoes emails
