CPA offers that accept worldwide traffic?

Are there any cpa offers that accept all traffic? I've been looking around at the offervault and I've only been noticing offers that accept traffic from certain countries or in some cases only from the anglo-sphere. Is there a way to find offers that would accept traffic from all countries? Or at least a region (Europe, Middle-east)

INTL, I guess that means international? Sorry, now I realized that my thread is quite retarded.
 
If you had some offers that you really liked but it was only for specific countries, you set up a domain and depending on the country the visitor Is coming from, it redirects to a landing page or offer that the cpa offer allows
 
Most offers where the lead buys something are intl. For things like email submits, i've never seen any geo accepted. What I do is set up a geo-ip location redirect script on my site. US traffic goes to 1 offer, whereas India traffic would be redirected somewhere else.

Hi!
Can be not easy to find internetional offers, but you can look for it from another point of view. You can earn some % from money your users spend on e-commerce sites. So you no need a list of offers and etc.
Also all main e-commerce shops have affiliates for all countries, so this is decision of your WW geo question.
