CPA offers or CPS products for Adwords

I've been out of the Adwords game for a while so just want some opinions what you guys think would work well with Adwords CPA or CPS products ? Amazon or Free acai berry trials ? Is it even possible to promote CPA nowadays on adwords ?

CPA is possible if you use grey hat style. Although I'd suggest CPS , it's much safer and Google is happier with CPS
