I want to start with CPA offers.
As a first attempt I plan to talk to people with a female profile and send them directly to a CPA offer with the intention that they "download a video".

Only a few offers accept chat traffic, read the offer requirements first. As for networks, you can use crakrevenue or lospollos

Yeah, probably every aff network I tried accepts chat traffic, so feel free to just go and apply to some networks that seem the most trustworthy to you

I work with iMonetize it when it comes to dating offers, they have great smartlinks, lospollos is good too. For my traffic imonetize it smarlink converts the best.

Be careful with incentive traffic. They can ban your account if none of your leads converts to a sale.
