Whether internet marketing, or anything in life, in order to achieve something, one must believe in it, otherwise better not to try it and move on to try something else.

That's just crazy to me then because a lot of these cpa offers look scammy af and they look like shit to me and no top of that you have to deal with some big sites if you wanna rank something in health niche, like pills etc.

No, offervault is where you'll need to go. It is the search engine for offers and corresponding networks. But make sure to read the reviews and personal options about the networks before you proceed with them as majority of them will either resell or shave.

Nothing is saturated, you just need to get enough traffic to the offers. If you are bad with seo, just go with media buying.

This is so freacking spot on it´s almost perfect.
Making money promoting CPA offers it´s NOT about the CPA offer per se but on your abilities to market them.
Maybe what you mean by "saturated" it´s just an increasing amount of competitors. Obviously, higher-paying offers will get more and more people to promote them. Especially on niche/industries as popular and in-demand as health and fitness for example.
If you´re looking to grab a CPA offer that pays $200 and just build a crappy landing page around it and promote running ads with copies written by a 12 year old I am sorry to burst your bubble but we´re not in 2005 anymore.
