1-What kind of website should I make in order to get accepted? Just something really generic or something related to one of the offers the CPA network I'm interested has?

2- Related to #1, just a generic domain then? (So I can use it for something else later on)

3- I'm not from the US but I have a Us physical address and US phone number. Should I say that I'm from the US and living overseas or use my real information?

I was thinking of getting a US proxy but they are all business domains and not normal users ISP like verizon or comcast.. They might see this..

    Thanks guys.

1- Just tell them that you do article marketing and PPC.

    2- No domain required.

3- Say you live in the US.

like others said.. just tell them you're a ppc marketer. no need for a website. if you live in the US and sound like an adult on the phone, things are much easier..
