can any one PLEEEEEEEEESE suggest a cpa network that doesnot require me to have a website to put a widget on? i mean i want to send traffic directly to the offers landing page?like i send my fb traffic directly to a email submit offer without having them to go to my site and filling/completing offers? which networks allow tht? also i dont exactly have any experience with cpa's so any network tht accepts newbies?

You may want to try Global Matrix Media (Formerly AdSquare Network). When it was Adsquare, they were accepting all applications. I'm not sure if, since the changeover to Global Matrix Media, that the policy is the same. They don't mention it on their homepage, but it wouldn't hurt to try applying. You can say you plan to use PPC if you don't have a website.
i am already on *******.com but as far as i can make out they only allow to add widgets containing survey/offers to be placed on websites...cant make out how to send traffic directly to these offers!

if you dont have a website , just answer their other questions corectly. they wanna know if you are experienced and not new to IM. when they say method of gaining traffic, say social media, email marketing. dont say CL though. CPA networks seem to hate CL
