Ok after many years in dropshipping and affiliate websites now I want to change my work to CPA websites. Before I have 1 website for hacks with Cpalead content locker and rank very good but this not my niche (before 8 years). I have 1 friend with a company who create healthcare products and sell with pages like this:
This is good I can make websites like this and very good landing pages but 3 days I search in this forum or in the internet information and journals how to get traffic and to sell these products. I know AdWords and Bing ban these ads, my friend pays every day $5-$10k for cloakers and thousand ads but can't tell me the secret
I know only how to rank websites with SEO. Never use cloaker before and now don't want to invest so much money in this before to know what I make. In the forum have only journals for "CPA+Instagram" "CPA +Youtube" for hack, crack and etc.

This website is ranked only for 500 keywords and traffic from 300-1000 per months. But now my real problem is this:
in Similarweb the same website has millions traffic every month.
If you pay every month for ads for 2 million users you need to make money or what What I need to do: create good websites for reviews about this products and rank with SEO or pay for shit ads for shit websites with only 1 page and terrible design and use cheap ads like this
