CPA Newb -- 2 Questions

2) Do I use fake details when signing up to the CPA network? After all, with blackhat, am I right that in general you don't want people knowing who you are? But then how does receiving payment work..?

2) I have a bunch of squeeze pages for all different niches just sitting here, are these viable for using with CPA offers or would I be best using them for something else. If something else, what?

* You can try CPA with anything in terms of content lockers, file locking, optional surveys and such however its best to drive the visitor to something they need and content/file lock it so they go through that process which pays out money to you before they receive their goods. If you can do this in a effective way with a conversion rate that isn't piss poor - your site is viable. Thats how I look at it at least. Really though the pages you describe would probably benefit more from ad sense depending on what they are,

You should definietely use your real information for CPA networks otherwise you probably won't be able to get your payment via PayPal/Check/etc...
