I'm just starting on this CPA thing and there are so many CPA networks out there. Should I just sign up for a lot of them now? or is there a website that shows high paying offer so I can go from there, I'm gonna sign up for Offervault now.
If I get banned from one network, would that effect my other networks? Like maybe there is a blacklist for all the CPA networks to share among themselves. Any thought?

hey guys I just wanted to ask can i register on a cpa company with a free domain??? like co.cc or co.nr????? and if a can't can i buy only one .info domain on godaddy instead??? i know it's not related to this thread but i really need help

it's not good idea to start your network to use a free domain.

ok just getting curious now... so have have a very good free host that works with cname and a records... so could i just simply buy a domain and use the free hosting with it.. because i'm kinda totally broke right now just have 2$ on my paypal acc
