Anyone know a good cpa network that pays and is not geographically specific.

As in if i have a offer and someone from Japan, US, India and Germany fills it out I still get paid. Rather than it only has to be US traffic or only traffic from India.

what you need is geo redirect script, most of the networks have geo setup on their end, but you can have your own

Do some searching for redirect scripts, there are several out there and most of the netwrks privide them too.
