CPA Networks ?

Are there any CPA networks that will accept a new site or do they all require tons of traffic before hand. I have a new site in the weight loss niche and I'd like to use a CPA with it. Any ideas ? Thx

i got into adscendmedia and peerfly without a site at all.
 
LeadBolt was quite easy to get it, but their gateway sucks,
because they auto choose their own offers, which are really
crappy.
 
Traffic doesn't matter. You can always buy it. Its the promotional methods that matter...
 
The traffic only matters if getting accepted to a big network.I used my my new website with a lot of content ,original articles but it wasn't seo'ed.So every network denied me ,reson no traffic.

You can also try these cpatank,peerfly,axon,wsm they aprove you easily and they are newbie welcome.
 
The one I applied to is Market Leverage. I actually applied with one of my other sites that looks great just to get me in the door. Hopefully they will accept me and then I can add my other site.
 
How do you know who to signup with? For instance I tried CPABuddah and they had nothing to promote for my niche. How do you know before hand who's right for you?
