CPA Networks

Does anybody have a list of recommended CPA networks. I want to sign up for a CPA network and start trying to make some money, but the problem i'm having is i'm getting rejected because I don't have a site.

Does anybody have any suggestions?

You can really work with any CPA Network.
The way to get accepted is to CALL THEM. The affiliate managers will love it when you show initiative into getting into a CPA Network. Mainly because the job of an Affiliate manager is to get affiliates to send traffic. And by calling, your ensuring them that you have traffic to send and you need offers.

When you call them, make up some bullshit about opt-in lists or media buying or ppc or whatever.

Im getting into cpa, any advise about to get into getting the right niche? maybe an ebook? building traffic?
