CPA networks

Can someone tell me if there is a reputable CPA network that doesnt require that you have a website? Im not a very experienced at web design so this would be great. thanks!!

i know that i have personally signed up on a few and on the form just pointed them to a parked domain site that i owned, just because i didnt want to tell them my sites so i can see what happens, and i was always accepted. i dont think they actually check. but some may, i guess each is different. but theoretically, you could point them to any site whether or not you own it. they wont be able to tell who owns it anyway, they may do a who is but that can be private now so i dont think they would even go through the trouble of digging further than that anyway.

Ive been worried about this and you gave me a quick answer thanks.. Can you remember the networks that accepted you with the parked domain?

i dont remember which offhand, but i would just try any of them, im sure none of them are gonna dig too deeply. you can always change your settings anyway when you log in to your cpa account...

Try signing up with some networks. I believe in a lot of my applications
that not having a website is an option. More importantly, most networks have telephone numbers ( or should) so try communicating with them on a more personal level.
