CPA networks worth joining?

All of them are easy, but some just require you to show proof of earnings.
If you want to get accepted "easily", make sure you have done some preparations before hand, apply or just call them directly. The more you "push" into having contact with them, the more serious they'll take you.
edit: use google or BHW's search to find CPA networks, there are literally hundreds recommended ones by BHW members.

+1 for clean files PPD network. I've had some good success with them. You can't go wrong with a network whose owner is a trusted member here on black hat world!

I can recommend CPAgrip, CPAlead, Adwork Media, Wolf Storm Media & Neverblue as CPA networks.
If you want to join PPD sites go with Sharecash or Cleanfiles. I personally prefer Sharecash from those two.

Depends on the niche you are interested in promoting, some networks are strong towards specific niche offers, but i can suggest you peerfly.com to get your feet wet then after having earning proofs and references you can go with the bigger ones...

If you mean easiest by their approval rate then the easiest network to get into MAY not be worth joining except Peerfly, it is easy to get into and is very good network to work with.
