OP havent heard back from you since like 2 weeks now......almost every CPA network can pay weekly as long as you can hit $1k+ on a weekly basis but before approving you for weeklies they will want to test your traffic quality btw there are some networks that also pay weeklies if can make $500+ on a weekly basis...now considering that you can make $100+ daily i dont see a network paying on a weekly basis as a problem.

Adscendmedia $1000 for weekly (offers not that high converting imo, but ive personally dealt, they do pay on time though)

cpalead pays weekly but they need to review your traffic and some minimum earnings required

I run a private cpa network and work with you 1on1 to help you increase traffic. Like others said here, no network will pay you off the bat without verifying traffic quality with the advertiser first, if there is fraud no one will pay for it.
