CPA Networks With Good One Page Offers?

Hi,

I am looking for some CPA networks that have some good one page email submit offers or just one page submits with reasonable payouts? I know all networks don't want blackhat traffic but if there are some networks that are a bit lenient, please let me know

AWM - Not a good network. A LEGENDARY network.

About 6 months ago when I was very very new to CPA, I contacted AWM and asked if they allow any copyright (movies, cracks, bots etc.) their answer was a big no.

However each time I lookup for xbox, runescape or skyrim cheats hacks etc. I get stuff content-locked with AWM offers. Not to mention most if not all of these are fake programs just designed to lure people in.

Anyways I would really appriciate if anyone here would help me get into a CPA network, I was working with a friend and he had a Blamads account. But I am sure that they are now out of business and affiliates won't even get paid.
