can anyone list some good networks with content lockers? I know adscend media and cpa lead has some.

If you want to use content lockers, I would go with Content Locker Pro and then use an incentive network like Adscend Media.
Adscend Medias locker is just as good as CLP. actually better because it cant be blocked by google ad blocker.

The kind of people who fill out email submits and surveys are not the kind of people who use ad block, so that's not really an issue.
In terms of functionality, they are both very similar.
The main advantage of using CLP is the fact it's self hosted (so you have full control), you can use any offers you like and control the referrer (blank or fake) which you can't do with ANY network content locker.

I've had multiple people test CLP on my site with ad blocker on and they say it doesn't get blocked.
I've also had this experience, CLP is the way to go.
