CPA Networks to Join for use with YouTube?

Can I join any network and get away with pure youtube traffic? Are them some you can recommend?

So, I do a double redirect so they can't track where it comes from? Anything else I should know about the time between them entering my url and me getting paid?

I don't think youtube video traffic is against the TOS of any networks but I'm not sure, it's not even black hat really.

And if you double redirect it doesn't matter anyways so just use any network

My AM at MaxBounty said that video traffic is cool so long as it's not breaking YouTube's Tos

Using a double refresh or the redirect script that Wealthy199 shared http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackhat-seo/php-perl/14839-wealthy-redirect-blank-referer-script.html will hide your referrer and it won't matter WHERE your traffic is coming from because your AM won't know.
