I've only been accepted at some of these, the easiest to get into is MaxBounty, CALL THEM. But the rest a hellofalot harder to get into. They ask random questions about your business and how you tend to get traffic, and what your business model is.

How much are you making? Pretty much all networks will put you on at least net 7 if you're at 1k/week.

these are wrong
whether net15, 20, or 30, you get paid once per month. it's all monthly, it's just changing which date you're being paid on. net15 = 15th of the month, etc.

technically it means x days after the period ends. net7 for instance is generally being paid on the 7th of each month, for the previous month's leads, however you can also have "weekly net7" which means you get paid weekly, with a 7-day lag between the end of the period and you being paid. (to drive the point home, you could have monthly net1 or weekly net1)

"bi-monthly" would mean every two months. like a bicentennial is after two centuries.
