If i am from outside of USA how can i get a SSN ? In that case what i have to do

You can get EIN which will work and it's legal white hat way would cost you about $600.

You do not need to have SSN. Use your tax id from your country.

SSN is not needed the proper form is called w-8BEN

You dont need any number and if you really want EIN its free. You need w-8BEN

All of these tax id's are free, you just need to send your application / documents to the IRS. There are some companies out there doing this whole process for you.

As far as I know, as a non us resident you're only eligible for an ITIN.

Anyway, as a foreigner, you are exempt of taxes and you don't need any tax id. Just submit W8.
