CPA Networks - Sign up

Hey guys,
I really wanna start this whole CPA thing and try it out. I wanted to sign up to OGADS and, as all CPA Networks, they require my adress.
Can you tell me for what they need my adress? Do they send me something? The thing is I live with my parents and I would prefer them to don´t notice something (at least at the start).
Another Question: Is this whole thing working for me, cause I´m from Germany and most of the CPA Networks are based in USA...
I hope this isn´t something that was asked many times before. I couldn´t find a thread to answer my questions.

I think it has something to do with the payments they will make to you. And yes it will work. It's working for me aswell, and I'm from Holland

I recently signed up with adworkmedia, ogads and cpagrip. All they require is a bit of verification regarding how you're going to promote their offers? It is for the account approval purpose.

As for address, it is mandatory so they can see if you fit in the W9-form or not. They'll not send anything to your address.

Hi mate, i think the address required is make sure that you are not from some countries who have much fraud traffic. so i think you can fill it.

And which countries will they block in affiliate signup to avoid fraud traffic?

It has nothing to do with that. These are routine measures taken by every company to keep the details of their affiliates.
