CPA Networks Shaving Leads

Hello friends, i have a simple question for you, i need a Cpa network that doesn not shave my leads, or at least not 80%.
I have tested all major Cpa companies where i cand run my blackhat niches and they all shave leads.Everything is good when you start running traffic, but after some times you can see the things getting worst. Let me explain you:
I use facebook ads to bring traffic to my landing pages and almost everytime a person completes one of the surveys they sent me a screenshot with the result(most of them are pin submits).When i check my account no lead was recorded, just a simple view, not even a click.So at the end of the day if were to compare the screenshots from facebook and the leads from my network, they do not match,not even the clicks, let's not say how many people do not send me a screenshot.
Another example is that i completed myself a pinsubmit offer and it was not credited to my account.I wait for 2 days and still nothing
So if you have tested a network that does not shave you to death.Please share here with me.

I don't know if you are too stupid to trust scam networks or you just register at some random networks thinking they are trusted. Almost every CPA network that most of us use are trusted and don't shave much.
Here is the list:
>AdWorkMedia - It is a pretty decent network with HQ offers. Trusted network, You can earn decent amount of money with their offers.
> OG Mobile - It is a great network if you have mobile traffic.
> CrakRevenue - Good network for adult traffic

Most of the shavings are done by advertisers and smaller amount of shavings are done by networks. So you get shaved by both sides. There`s nothing you can do about it.

unbiased to anyone. I do really well with CPALead; very good for mobile traffic or pin offers
what I like about them is that they let you add your own tracking and no other incentive network does that. the owner will talk to you right here on bhw too
and is pretty straight up and doesnt dodge anything like a lot of networks that ignore bad stuff or dont comment

but really all networks should give you a breakdown though. If you lose leads and dont get a breakdown thats not cool. Even where i havent done well on different networks I dont think its shaving.
I think its advertisers.

also think people screw up their results and just think shave or networks get people to talk trash about each other so everyone hates on everyone or suspects shaving from every network.
I think most of that comes from advertisers to be honest.

so if your worry is shaving i dont think youll find many networks who are actually shaving vs people just being stupid and screwing up. their advertisers? i dont know.

and there is a possibility that users already have submitted their addresses,emails,mobile device ids to 'the mother' company. lots of those offers on large aff networks are just landing pages created by middleman.

It's the advertisers who shave, not the network. Any reputable PPD/CPA company is not going to shave your leads. That's not to say there aren't scam networks, but if you go with a reputable company like CPAGrip, Cleanfiles, OG Mobi etc.. you should be fine.
