CPA Networks + Incentives?

Are there any CPA networks which allow for me to incentivize my survey people?

As in, do this survey to enter the ps4 giveaway etc.?
I have a twisted method in my head but it will only be whitehat if the CPA networks allow me to do the above.

Most of the content locking networks have a lot of survey's like that. Also all of those offers are incentive and on most networks you can find a direct link to the offer.

I will look into those networks - they look pretty good based on previous exploration
