CPA networks have offers for Arab Traffic ?

I have been trying to find offers for my Arab traffic with no luck lately .

Which CPA networks have offers for Arab countries ? Egypt, Kuwait, Saudia Arabia , UAE , etc ?

i'm also interested . but is it require purchasing . subscribing , paying any thing for the leads to convert ?

because the only offer i found was sending sms message to get the leads , and this impossible in Arab to subscribe to sms to play some flash games

Don't limit yourself to "Arab" traffic, think outside the box and consider INTERNATIONAL traffic. Some of the big players like EWA offers international traffic, which means any country!

it would be nice it some networks have arab traffic coz i can get xxx amount of traffic in no time they are not spammed and will work great with cpa offers i guess
