CPA networks and offers

Hey guys, I've recently started trying to make money with content locking. I have signed up to many of the networks and have got accepted by most. The only trouble is that the surveys seem to be really long and tedious, I was wondering if you guys knew of any networks that had any short surveys or just email entries only?

I have seen some offers that say they just want the email address but they never seem to unlock after the user enters their email address. It just seems like that they continue on forever. I'm not sure if this is a fault with the locker itself though?

The offers convert on email submit (convert means you get money for that) but the advertiser doesn't have much use out of only email address. He needs more information about possible client so it gathers as much information as possible. I think you can setup to unlock content instantly after email submit but you will be not paid as your traffic hasn't earned any money for the advertiser.
