CPA network?

Hi,

I'm new to this, and I have a website where I can promote CPL/CPA offers.

What do you suggest I do? Where do I sign up (your favorite network)?
I assume getting e-mails is the easiest, so I should probably get started with that instead of getting paid for sales

any tips are great!
