Hello,

I am looking for a CPA network with an option to optimize offers, which means that I can enable only offers above for example $5.00, similar to CPAlead.

Please only decent ones!

OP do you know the meaning of optimization?

it means if a cow gives 5 litre milk and you are getting only 3 litres then there is something wrong........so you need to properly optimize your traffic for better conversions...I think many networks have such tools in their interface already.
