I'm with Peerfly now and there are barely any offers for european countries, so I'm wondering if someone can recommend other CPA networks with offers for this traffic. One other question, can I use the peerfly Geo redirect to redirect to a landing page with an offer from another network? Or will they ban you for doing this?

Check offervault. It allows you to filter offers by country.
Mind you though, if you're looking for email submits and similar (free) offers and by Europe you mean countries other than the UK then you will have EXTREMELY hard time finding any offers. The vast majority of Europe-friendly offers are mobiles and trials.

You have geo redirect traffic? I know where to get offers or even a place to plug the traffic in to.
